job description

Ever wonder how athletes make it look so easy? Excellent trainers. A Trainer’s office is either a gym, a stadium, or a state-of-the-art conditioning facility. You’ll push clients to their physical limits, motivating them to use muscles they never knew they had. The best Trainers do constant research to learn new ways to maximize their clients’ physical potential. If you work with a team, you’ll hit the road to keep them in top shape. In an injury situation, you’ll work with physical therapists and nutritionists to create a rehabilitation program. Behind every champion is a Trainer who helped get them there.
