job description
Picking scripts, planning budgets, and managing production schedules—it’s all in a day’s work for a Broadcast Producer. Working in radio, television, stage or motion picture production, you’ll be in charge of organizing writers, directors, managers and other professionals throughout the production process. The job doesn’t end there. You’ll monitor postproduction to ensure successful completion of a project – which could be a music video, feature film, animated short, or television commercial. Landing an entry-level gig as a Production Assistant is a good first step leading to Broadcast Producer.
