job description

For restaurants, hotels and catering services, Chefs run the kitchen, create menus, and manage a cooking staff. Professional kitchens are usually high-pressure, fast-paced, and filled with flames, sharp knives and a lot of people working long hours to make food look and taste amazing. The Chef’s job is to conduct all of that action like a symphony. Or, you may decide to work solo as a personal Chef to a celebrity, athlete or dignitary. Great Chefs never stop experimenting with new flavors, and the best of the best can go on to open their own restaurants, publish their own books, or host their own television shows.
