job description
Music Directors guide and advise the production of tours and live shows, as well as the performances of bands, ensembles and solo artists. You’ll help pick a choreographer for concerts, select songwriters for an album, and hire the band and back-up singers that will help an artist take their next single to the next level. Music Directors are also consulted for track sequencing on albums and for movie soundtracks. Your instincts could help make or break the flow of a hit record, or determine the difference between a forgettable or memorable scene in a summer blockbuster.
