job description

Professional Photographers do much more than just snap pictures. You’ll raise the level of capturing images to an art form with a critical eye and a strong knowledge of technical skills. The more photos you take, the faster you’ll learn about light, composition, and different printing techniques. This is a very competitive field, so marketing yourself is a must. Most photographers specialize in one area like fine art, commercial photography, or photojournalism. On the road to getting a book of your work published, you may work with models in distant locations, shoot stills in your own studio, or travel the world to exotic destinations.
