Every Phys Ed Teacher knows that school isn’t only about building a strong mind. It’s also about learning to balance mind and body to create stronger people as a whole. You’ll help instill lifelong values into your students, such as teamwork, self-motivation, and an appreciation for the positive influence exercise can have on a person’s success in life. You’ll encourage students, and you’ll help them realize their hidden athletic abilities. You may also teach health class. Other benefits include being a mentor to student-athletes, as well as being the first in line to coach your school’s sports teams.


education requirements

Bachelor’s in Athletic Training and Physical Education, or Health and Physical Education

$30K entry level, with potential to earn up to $75K based on school and experience
