You can focus on games, word processing and business applications, research tools, or operating systems for major corporations. The lives you affect will range from housewives to Fortune 500 CEO’s to rocket scientists. To excel, you’ll need to anticipate people’s needs to create applications and systems that instantly make sense to the everyday user. You’ll analyze their needs, then design, test, and develop the programs to make their lives more efficient, more productive or more entertaining.
